A Brooklyn Townhouse for the Ages

Dan Rizzo paid $875,000 for this 1876 four-story townhouse in Brooklyn’s Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood in 2010, after he and his husband decided they wanted to move out of nearby Dumbo and take on a project. 


‘We saw the house and fell in love with it,’ Mr. Rizzo says. They ended up getting more of a project than they bargained for, however.
